Default 7290...recieving e-mails but a cannont send...

Please Login to Remove!

After backing up the device through desktop manager e-mails are recieved but the user cannot send...


why would this occur?? Is there a fix?

BES....yes service books should be fine...unless something is happening when the device is backed up...
