Default 8700v auto answers too quickly.

I'm sorry if this has been asked before, looked in the forum cannot find anything.

I have resently purchased an 8700v - everything works fine except if I dont answer within about 6 seconds it automatically goes to voicemail with a missed call - how do I extend that period?

Cheers in advance.

Jim

Welcome to the forums,
This is generally something that your provider controls. if you call them they can usually extend that time up to a maximum of 30 seconds.
