Default Uncaught Exception Error 255 (8700f)

Please Login to Remove!

One of our users keeps getting this error - uncaught exception: process net_rim_bb_addressbook_app(255) killed due to message queue overflow

They also experiance the BB freezing when accessing his address book, I guess its related to the above, any fix or suggestions? If I wipe handheld and re-activate, will he get all the e-mails back on it again as we don't use the desktop software, just wireless.

(I tried search but none of them had error code (255))

I've run the Enterprise Activation and it errored on syncing the address book also.

Did you try to update the device firmware? Your issue could be just an issue with an older firmware release.
