Question IMAP - Duplicate Messages

Please Login to Remove!

I'm currently using BIS to log into an IMAP account. My regular email is through an Exchange server but we also have a secure website we can log into from the web to check email in the event VPN access isn't available. I receive a lot of digitally signed messages and encrypted emails. Whenever I open a digitally signed or encrypted message I get duplicates on my 8700c. I tried setting up similar filters for the GMail problem but I haven't had any luck. A friend at work has the Blackjack, uses the same IMAP connection, and doesn't get duplicates. We're in a transition phase so there isn't any way I can get on a BES. Any ideas why these types of messages might send duplicate messages to the BB? It's difficult to keep read/unread messages straight when there are duplicates. Any ideas/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
