no i cant see it becouse i do not have data plan only surfing
soory

That's what we are trying to tell you.....If you do not have data plan (blackberry data plan) and only voice plan, you cannot browse the internet, or send/receive email and PIN messages, and applications that need to access the internet (like Berry411, BB maps, google maps, etc.) will not be able to do so. With only the voice plan, you will only be able to make phone calls and send and receive SMS and MMS messages.

ok. I don't understand.

You can access the internet with the BB browser but you can't send/receive email or PIN messages?

To resend service books, I can go to my carrier's website (in my case, T-Mobile), log in, and go to BIS page and click on link to resend service books. You may be able to do same thing with your carrier. Alternately, you can call your carrier's customer service number and ask them to resend you service books......But you must have the data plan in the first place. If you are using mini opera, etc. and accessing websites, it sounds to me like you do have a data plan. (Are you paying an additional fee? Not just fee for your voice plan, or fee for text messaging, but an additional fee for data?....like I say, if you are able to download data in some fashion, it seems to me that you have a data plan.)I've never heard of a case such as yours, but I'm far from expert. You might post the details such as what you've written to me, and maybe someone on the forum has been in your situation and can advise.

I know people with employer-issued BBs where the IT department blocks the browser and phone and only allows email on the BB. Almost sounds like your carrier is selling you some sort of hobbled BB data plan.

please help me give me an idea
