I'm in the market for an external keyboard, one of the folding kinds. Up untill now, you needed to buy a keyboard that was set to the BB OS and innards in order for it to work with a BB. But I want a keyboard that can work through either Bluetooth or WIfi and work with the BB, and with other devices, for instance my notebook. I think they refer to it as an HID keyboard. The manufacturer thought that RIM would soon incorporate this spec into their new models. Does anyone know if the 8800 will have this? I'm looking for an excuse to upgrade. As will be apparent from the above, I don't have a good handle on the tech stuff and terms.
