Default What does the 8700c OS upgrade improve or fix?

Is there a list of things the upgrade fixes or improves. I can't seem to find that info anywhere. Thanks

They rarely ever put out release notes for the OS upgrades. Just go to the thread announcing the OS release here. There are many posts on what members have found with the upgrades.

If you have the original OS then its a no brainer. There was a very detailed post on .529 from Cingular that you should be able to find. The list of fixes was very long but there were a few key ones like the speakerphone vol affecting the ringer vol.

Frankenstein is right....One of the few release note threads that we have is for the latest Cingular release of 8700c OS. Here it is:
