I thought it would be released feruary 12th, well......where is it?

In the latest OS releases from your carrier. For Cingular it is .377. You can check on the RIM website. I think most carriers have an OS update to fix it.

I know cingular's update has it but my device is CDMA (sprint) which is listed as it needs the update

The web site says the planned release date is today.

I agree. We are using more than 40 Providers. I cannot stick to all of them. I need a general solution from RIM. But Canada just waked up. So lets give them some hours...

Well, I don't see why it shouldn't be released today, if newer os (GSM) versions have it, then it is ready so what's the hold up?
Plus in this business planned=will be. Specialy if they have not updated the web site, if there were delays, you would expect them to at least update the site.

On 8703e, no problem. On a 7250, HTTP error 406: Not acceptable
The page you are tryng ot load is not supported by the browser, please try loading a different page
