Default Blackberry Sending Error

Please Login to Remove!

I have a client who we use a BES server for, they have been working fine but now receive an error message which I cant find any info about when sending any emails -
The message is "Message Status.. Failed to send message, packet error"
They can receive messages ok
I have re sent the service book but has not fixed
ANY info is appreciated as am being shouted at by my client!!

Have you tried having them reactivate? Did they plug into a misconfigured Desktop Manager?
