Default Reconsiliation on BB 7250

Please Login to Remove!

I have a blackberry 7250 that is operating with BES. I wanted to know how the reconciliation should work because I thought if you delete on your BB its should be the same with my outlook and vice versa. I checked in the options of BB and email reconciliation option has delete on: mailbox and handheld. wireless reconcile is on. So i dont know what the problem is? anyone know anything?
