Default Radio path unavailable..

I think my 8700g is about to die. The last 2 days in a row I am unable to make any calls out because Im getting this error message. Yesterday I pulled the battery and it seemed to fix it but not today.

I only found one other thread about this error, and someone said to re-flash the OS. IDK how to do this, can someone help me out?
