There is one email on my BB that I can't delete. I've tried a hard reset. I've also emptied my inbox. This single email continues to show up on my BB.

Delete prior won't get rid of it. When I try to delete it, it just stays in my BB.

I've deleted it from outlook. For some reason, the email shows up twice in my outlook, but I deleted both and it still won't go away.
