I've managed to successfully swap the front and back housing for my wife's 8700g however I'm looking for the middle part which houses the mainboard and also is the sides of the 8700g as hers has become very scratched. Had a look on ebay but I only see those selling front and back hosuing and not middle. TIA

I ordered a front and back housing off of eBay and it came with the middle piece. However, when I replaced the whole housing the case was loose after I tightened everything. I swapped the new middle piece with my old one and the case tightened up. Go figure, I don't know if it was a dummy middle piece or something.
