Default BlackBerry 8800/Pearl and Video

I have read in a few places that the BB 8800 and Pearl only show video in 2-3 minute increments. What do you mean by this? Is it frustrating to watch a 2 hour movie because of this? Any help would be appreciated.

Damn, how could anyone stare at such a small screen for two hours running to watch a movie? Especially if your girl's gotta sit on your lap at the same time to be able to watch it with you.

Ok that gotta a big smile- depends on the video being watched I guess - a 2-3 minute clip might do it just fine.

Maybe you would reconsider the amount of playback time when you are trying to shut up a 3 yr old on short notice in a public place
