Default 8703 EVDO problem

I am a new user and I have searched to see if I could fidn someone that is having the same problem I am experiencing.

I am set up on my company's BES, I had a 7130 and everything was working great. I always had EVDO connection, since I have changed to the 8703 I have been in "1X". The Sprint BB support says they have to "rebuild" my account. When I was going through the provisiong process, I got "error 1012" and would tell me that provisiong has failed. I am setup on the BES and receiving all my email, calendar, and contacts just fine. My data speed is not EVDO

Has anyone experienced anything like this? I appreciate any help...
