Default Can't access my e-mail.........?

Please Login to Remove!

Like I posted before I just purchased an 8700c from a private seller. Did not come w/ any software or manuals.

I was able to download the Desktop Manager from BB site. But not able to find a users manual. All I have is the Safety Manual & the Getting Started Manual from Cingular.

I did setup my email address's thru BB setup, on BB site.

I have a Gmail account that I can easily access going thru the browser ( I have Gmail setup as my browser home page).

I'm able to send e-mails using my.........@mycingular.blackberry.net account, but I can't receive e-mails through it.

Anybody know why ?

go to options, advanced, message services and see if you have your POP email listed there... not just the blackberry.net address, but the gmail as well. if not, the service book for it has not been sent. You might back to the BIS site, setup, look for the link to resend service books, click that.

reboot your device as well.

Have Cingular resend your service books and see if that solves the issue....
