im sure it has been asked here 100 times and that i could have used a search but please make things simple on me. this is my first blackberry, and i am really liking it so far, but what i am wondering about is there has to be a better program for my desk top than outlook express. what should i use on my desktop and what are the advantages to it? i do construction work, i own an electrical company. i do a lot through email, buying and confirming sales to saving me a phone call and having to write down info. i like to keep up with whats going on when and where to. and above all my contacts and their numbers are of the most importance. please help me out!!!! i dont feel like i am tapping into the full potential of my device. i have the 7100i with nextel

I own a small business also, where I must keep track of numerous projects, vendors, a calendar, etc., I use MS Outlook which is a great step ahead of Outlook Express. Your BB will sync well with Outlook, and it won't be a great learning curve for you from Outlook Express you are currently using.

Good luck. Ask what you need around, but you will truly learn a great deal about your device by exploring this forum, searching and asking.
