Default 7100t on Cingular Phone Problem

Please Login to Remove!

I have an unlocked 7100t which was running fine on Cingular--phone only, no data. Recently generated a JVM 200 error. I wiped the unit (JL_CMDER) and loaded latest handset operating systems from T-mobile and from Cingular. I tried them both, neither one would allow the phone to operate. I have installed two functioning SIM cards in the unit--neither will connect to the network. It occasionally shows the Cingular network but will not connect to it.
MEPD on SIM card shows "network Inactive". It also shows "SIM Inactive"

I deleted the vendor.xml file prior to doing any of this
I just want the phone to work like it did before--any ideas?

Default

I'm using hte same phone on Cingular. All I can suggest is to reload the most current Cingular software, and of course execute a full power off. Good luck!

Default Have Tried Cingular OS

As I said in my original post--the phone worked fine on Cingular before the JAVA crash. I have loaded both the latest Cingular and TMobile OS's. No Joy on either--exactly the same symptom with both.
