Is it possible to turn off the flashing bluetooth LED on the 7130? I see where to turn off the LED for coverage and messages but I would like to disable the annoying blue LED while still being able to use the bluetooth headset.

Welcome to the forums,
Unfortunatly, it's not possible to turn off the Bluetooth LED on the 71xx devices. It is a feature available on devices with 4.2 software like the Pearl and the 8800 but not on the 7130.
