I'm still not familiar with how to do that. How do you sync it to outlook? Thanks in advance.

lol, it's not like this is not covered in the manual.

Load Outlook (or whatever software you prefer that syncs with Desktop Manager). Load your Desktop Manager. Configure your synchronization in Desktop Manager with Outlook (or whatever software you prefer that syncs with Desktop Manager). Plug in your USB cable to the BB. Click and open Desktop Manager. Let it recognize the BB attached via USB. Click on SYNC and let it go.

Make sure you have all your setting right (which overrides which--blackberry or Outlook), etc.
