I'm having the same issue. I have my [email address] folder then I have an additional Messages folder which includes email from my account (, call log & SMS messages. How do I set up my Verizon 8703e to not include my email in my Messages folder.

Thanks Gang.

You can't. You can set up filters assigned to hotkeys to quickly filter messages in Messages but all messages arrive there. The exception is that some themes (like Zen) create a separate icon for SMS.
