Default Added personal email can't get corp email

Please Login to Remove!

I added my personal email using the Cingular Blackberry personal email set up and now my corporate email is no longer coming through only my personal mail. I have message services set to Desktop. Please let me know how to get it back or how to delete my personal account. Thanks.

Is your corporate mail delivered via BES? The two should happily coexist together.

Did you happen to install Desktop Manager at home using the BES option? When did corporate mail delivery stop and what else have you done?

thanks for the reply....I added an account using the blackberry internet service and my personal email account showed up as a new icon and started to come into my other box as well. From that moment onward I stopped receiving my corp emails. I assume we are using the enterprise server, but I'll probably ask here soon. Is it possible to delete my personal email to try that first to see if it solves it? The only other thing I tried was to change the settings under email reconciliation as they were set to message services to my pesonal account so I changed that to desktop but still no luck.

Just figured out how to delete the personal account, but corp still not coming through....I'll contact my IT guy to figure it out. Thanks for the help.

Make sure that you are HONEST AND TELL HIM WHAT YOU DID THAT MADE YOU STOP RECEIVING CORPORATE EMAILS

How did you delete your personal email? I'm trying to do that on my blackberry phone...

go to your BIS website (on your carrier's website, look for support for your phone model, etc.) and delete the account there.

after you get your corp email up and running, get your BIS account going, there shouldn't be any reason why it's not working, have your IT send your blackberry a service book again from their end or load one, that should resolve your issue
