we have deployed Enterprise Messenger for Sametime. I have a handheld which was logging into the application and servers just fine. Now, it acts like it logs in, but the screen remains blank.
Others can see me as logged into Sametime, but when they sent messages they are not coming through to the handheld.
I have removed and re-installed the application from the handheld but still the problem remains.
I can login to Sametime from my desktop with no problems.
Has anyone seen anything remotely like this? I am trying to avoid having to do a full handheld Wipe.
