help! keys type wrong letter
 

I have a slight problem
When typing an email, text, etc.. some of my keys type the wrong characters

for example when i press the "a" button "jk" appears on the screen
When i type the "j" button "jk appear"
Same with "k" "jk" appears
When I press "z" nm appears
I have reset my 8700c and also checked the auto texts any suggestions

Water damage or they were exposed to some kind of moisture....

You could check the language settings under Options || Language and make sure they are set to english...Otherwise, wipe it. If that doesn't solve it , it's probably an issue with the device (as lunkhead suggested)
