What version should I download? I'm trying to do the 8700c OTA, but it isn't letting me download. What phone are you guys picking?

Here's the easy way, I used it and it works perfectly. I use Opera Mini ver 3.0 on all my BBs.

From your PC go to http://www.operamini.com/download/sms/

Enter your BBs phone number and they will send you a text message that includes the application. Just open that and it will load the brower onto your BB. Then you set it up by following the promts, it's really easy.

I downloaded OTA from www.operamini.com and selected the high memory version. Works great on my 8800. I didn't do the SMS way, but that works as well. I had two options, low or high memory by going to operamini.com.

Thanks for the replies. I was able to download to my desktop and install it that way. I tried the SMS way, and never received the message.

I have tried that in the past and sometimes I never received the sms either. I find the OTA is the easiest.

The funny part is we all seem to have different experiences when it comes to accessing and downloading v 3.0

As anyone else having issues with setting the font size to small in opera mini on the 8800? When I do I receive a gang of blank characters.

When I selected small, not a single letter showed up. Luckily I was able to remember where everything was and went back to Medium.

I'm using medium, othewise with small the fonts disappear, leaving a blank screen.
