| Sync Desktop Manager Please Login to Remove! I seem to be having a little bit of a problem that I hope someone could help with. I installed Ascendo DataVault and got all the info entered into the software. I also installed the BB app. I went into Desktop Manager to sync and checked the config to make sure it was in the add-ins (which it was). I went ahead and did the sync but nothing was entered in the BB app. I even did a refresh like the users guide suggested. It did sync my outlook calendar so I know the sync works. I have tried 2 different password managers and both did not work. The first one I tried the configure did not work all it did was ask if I wanted to clear my settings no kind of sync'ing between desktop app and BB. Am I doing something wrong? |
