Default 8700 unlock keyboard

Please Login to Remove!
I just received a new/used 8700c off eBay. Everything works great but I would like to make it so I don't have to unlock the keyboard with a password.
When I go to the General Settings - Password tab there is not an option to disable.
The IT Policy says Default. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Default Locked keyboard on ebay bought 8700c
I need to know how to unlock the keyboard without the password that has obviously been set on the device.
