Hi, I'm having a little trouble with my BB 7290 and was wondering if you could help. The phone works perfectly except for the fact that I can't make or recieve phone calls. Everything esle, the e-mail, sms messages, IM ,and browser work fine. It's just that I can't dial out without getting a "Sorry, only emergency calls are allowed." Sign. T-Mobile said my plan and everything is active, I was just wondering if it could be a hardware problem. I already upgraded the software and everything. Any suggestions would help.

Sounds to me like there may be a IT Policy on it. Was this BB owned by someone else previously?

You may have to remove the IT Policy on it. Please note that if you are a corporate Enterprise Server the policy will be pushed back.
