Hi all -

I just purchased the 8703e and want to import my Palm Desktop info (I formerly used a PalmTX) onto my 8703. It appears that my Palm Desktop software is not recognized. When I try to sync, I followed the instructions requiring attachment of both devices to my computer. Then I click Intellisync>Import, but when the migration wizard starts and it comes time to select the software from which to import, both choices are gray and cannot be selected. What can I do to correct this?
