On your cell phone account you must have a BlackBerry Data Plan on it. Who is your carrier? I presume you out in a SIM card from another phone.
A BlackBerry Data Plan is unique to BlackBerrys. It is an additional cost ranging from $20 (T-Mobile) on up to $45/month.
Without a BlackBerry Data Plan all you have is voice and SMS Text.
