i dont know wat icon it is or wat do i down load it or how to use email pleas help me

Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan on your account? You must have a BlackBerry Data plan in order to get any data services on your BB.

On your cell phone account you must have a BlackBerry Data Plan on it. Who is your carrier? I presume you out in a SIM card from another phone.

A BlackBerry Data Plan is unique to BlackBerrys. It is an additional cost ranging from $20 (T-Mobile) on up to $45/month.

Without a BlackBerry Data Plan all you have is voice and SMS Text.

That's wats up.
