Default Email notification tones on 8800 - help..

Please Login to Remove!

Just playing with my new 8800 and I dont get any audio notification of new emails?
I have checked the normal profile (the one that I have active) and have selected a tone and volume etc for "level 1 messages" but still dont here anything as emails come in?

What am I doing wrong and is "level 1 messages"the right thing i.e. is this just normal emails?

Tks in advance

Frosty

You also need to select a tone for each of your messaging services -- they will be listed right after level 1 messages in the profile.

Level 1 notifications alerts are not for normal email messages. Whatever you set up as Level 1 in your filters will trigger the Level 1 notification (so you can have separate notifications for regular and Level 1).
