One of our clients is having problems with her blackberry.

Already called Cingular they say its hardware related. I kinda figure that out also.

Her service is not deactivated her bb is trying to search for the network but cannot connect. You can see the pushing arrows, then the wireless signal bars then it goes to X

any help?

I wiped out the device and reloaded the O/S but nothing.

Before saying 100% its hardware, take the sim out and put one from a working BlackBerry in it. If it does the same thing, then you know...

Mine did the same thing T-Mobile is sending me a new one. Should arrive today.
