Hi I have just ordered a new 8800 and am wondering if it is possible to show multiple items in the same time slot.
Both my wife and myself use one version of outlook which we sync too and so have overlapping appointments.
Will this feature still work

I have not tried but I can recommend establishing a second user profile in outlook where when you start it up it asks which user profile you want to use. That is how I keep mine seperated from other none sense reminders and calalnder events. as well as seperating my contacts to what I don't realy want to be on the BB.

All appointments in a single profile will be displayed, even if they overlap. If I understand you correctly, you shouldn't have any problems.
