I won't bore anyone with the details, but the bottom line is i've just received a new (refurb) blackberry 8700 from the warrenty dept. and it just seems ridiculous to me how slow the trackwheel is moving. I mean if i give it a big stroke (or roll) it will only move over to the next item (instead of quickly moving through the list like every other blackberry i've had...and unfortunately i've had many).

Please...someone tell me that there is a setting that can change this. I don't think i can send another one of these back.

If your talking about it being tight to roll, it should get bettter with use. If your looking for the type of options a PC mouse has for speed, there are none. It may be better to get another unit if this is the problem.

Sounds defective. If they gave you that doesn't work properly then you can definitely send it back to them. There's no way to adjust it.
