Default 8700c shut off during backup

While backing up my 8700c shut off and now won't turn back on. The red LED flashes every few seconds and even after taking the battery out it wont light up.

Cingular told me its not their problem because the network works fine. How do I fix this????

unless the battery is not charged you may have to reload the OS. Try charging the battery for at least 24 hours to be sure it is fully charged. Also be sure you are using the charger that came with the BB. Unfortunatly there is no way to verify you are charging unless the BB starts and you can see the charge indicator. You will just have to wait.

Good luck
