Default DST Problem with 7100

Please Login to Remove!

Well we pushed the DST patch yesterday, one of our clients has seen the hour glass since 5:30pm yesterday. I've removed the battery multiple times, try to get it to sync with Desktop Manager so I can reload the O/S. I've attempted to use Javaloader -usb wipe and nothing happens just stays on the connecting screens. Any other suggestions?

Thanks.

I have had this same problem with multiple users. Did you try pulling the sim card with the battery?
