Default Question about images

This is probably very simple but for the life of me I can not figure it out. How do I get a pic to show on the entire screen? Example; when choosing a pic in the pic folder the pic only show on the bottom half of the screen and the Verizon logo occupies the top 1/3 of the screen. How do you do this?

Well, I don't know--but were the pictures downloaded from some Verizon picture hosting site? Is yours a Verizon device?

They are actually the ones that come pre-loaded on the phone.

Do this: go to Options > status, and see what your FILE FREE reads. Post that number on here, then do a battery pull reboot of the phone and re-check your FILE FREE, and post that. Then check your pictures and see if they load fully.

I don't understand the Verizon logo on the pictures...

Before Pull = 36544460
After Pull = 38130780

Same result, Pic is only on about 2/3rds of the screenthe rest is the standard red background (and info) of the standard Verizon screen

Well you have good memory either way, so that should not hinder the image. Have you tried e-mailing yourself an image of your own to see what happens?

Email from your desktop, attach a JPG, open on your BB, click on the attachment, download, save.

Beats me then. Maybe another Verizon user will chime in here to confirm how it appears on their device... Sorry I could not help.
