I currently receive my email via T-Mobile's BWC. Is there any way to synchronize my email when I plug into desktop manager e.g. if I have 64 active email in Outlook, the BB only shows those 64 messages?

Unfortunately, there is no way to syncronize mail at all with a BlackBerry. Calendar, Notes, Tasks and Contacts can be synchronized, but e-mail is forwarded and reconciled only. The Inbox is never synced.

Reconciliation is as close as you'll get. For 2-way reconciliation you need to be on BES.
