I used to use a 7200 with BES but gave it back to the company after I left.

I went ahead an purchased an 8700r afterwards and continued to set up my pop account with gmail and rogers.

What's different now is that whenever I send out an email with these two pop accounts, I see a copy of the SENT email which is normal but I also get an email from this account in my inbox on my Blackberry. I checked my gmail and rogers email but don't see another copy being sent there.

This never happened with my 7200. When I send an email, I only have one copy on my blackberry. Now though, it's as if a copy gets sent back to my blackberry. It's very strange. When I hit reply all for the email that landed into my blackberry, the TO field includes my gmail account.

I'm at lost. Any ideas?

It'll fix the gmail issue, I don't know why the other POP email is duplicating unless you have it forwarded to your gmail account.
