Please Login to Remove!

I gave up on my old 7520, and upgraded to the 7100i, i am currently suscribed to telus bought a nextel phone, i can get voice to work and everything.

Problems:
Even though Voice works, I always get sim card error. Any solution for this?

next i also have No WAP Broser i rely on text messaging and i need to be able to text message. just wondering a solution for this?

Also can i convert a Nextel Phone to a Telus so instead of it booting up as nextel it will boot up as telus?

All help will be appericated i am trying to learn and willing to try things.

Thanks

Wirelessly posted (8700g: BlackBerry8700/4.1.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/100)

Your sim card could be loose or the contacts dirty, gently clean. And reinsert.

Do you have Blackberry Data plan for your data? If not you won't be able to use the browser, email, etc.

the nextel logo will remain the startup screen regaless of your service carrier, you can't change that.

Good luck.

Well, you can't. Telus will not allow you to use a Nextel phone on their network (at least there are dozens of posts out there on this topic). It;s not like the GSM carriers. They don't allow foreign devices on their network.
