You cannot change your pin number. It is unique to the device.

Unless you're referring to the PIN code to enable/restrict the use of your SIM card. That's under Options-Advanced-SIM Card and you need to access the menu in there...

Yep, one of the things I don't like about the BB. But, I also think it's a great feature. I guess it's a love to hate kinda thing.

If you give out your PIN and then change BB's, messages would still go to the old PIN.

If you remove BBMessenger contacts from the BB then they can't be added without the permission of the recipient. Also, when you remove contacts from your Messenger, you are automatically removed from theirs. However, you can still send a basic pin message and that would go right through. I'm not sure why that would stop you from selling your BB, but to each his/her own.

You sold your only Blackberry and are waiting on another. You have no Blackberry?

What model did you sell, and what model do you wait on? Or, just changing service providers?

wow no kidding, that is a tough thing to do. Even though there are a few things about my BB that drive me crazy I cannot go without one for any length of time until I get a replacement lol

Agreed.

Now that Dave Chapelle says, "I'm Rick James Beot...", with new emails, I love getting emails even more.

Seriously, no BB for even a day might require some mild medication.

Puleeezzee, I am like most of you, (spare one in the drawer), I just sold my 7100g and got out my trusty 7290. I am waiting on the 8800 from cingular. I dont think I have gone more than a day without my blackberry.
