Default Can't Delete Emails on 8800

Please Login to Remove!

I have an 8800 and up until last week I was able to delete emails. Now I try to delete and nothing happens. I know they have been doing work on the servers for DST, but would that cause problems? Is there something I am missing, do I need to change a setting or could it be a policy issue? Thanks!!!

Search the forums. This is a known problem for 8800's and 8100's. RIM is suppost to be working on an OS update for the devices. Some have fixed by wipeing and reactivateing the handheld.

It's possibly a corrupted message database... Easiest way to fix this is to contact tech support (your service provider or TSupport) and ask them to assist... let them know that you may need this done, and your service provider may put you through to RIM support for help with that.

Make sure that you're near your PC with Desktop Manager installed; you'll likely be using it.
