Default Intellisynch help

Please Login to Remove!

I have followed the very detailed instructions that some wonderful person on this forum provided on transferring data from Palm to Outlook to Outlook to BB....2 weeks later, my addresses and calendar still will not transfer over. I keep getting this message: Intellisynch unable to write or update application data. HELP!

Wirelessly posted (8700g: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.0) BlackBerry8700/4.1.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/100)

Layand, does the sync process stop at ant specific point in the address book, on a certain record # ? You can open Desktop Manager and look at the error log to determine. There could be on contact record which has bad data in it (look at first/last names and compant field) and see if you see anything odd.

Good luck.

Try upgrading to 4.2.1 that should get you past the error. It should skip over the errorus records.

Moleman...Thank You! Thank You! Thank You! My addresses finally synched to my BB......they duplicated 4 times overm but I would rather delete from the BB than to continue to carry around my Treo as an address book.
