calendar 1 hour off in exchange!

Hi all. I went through all the DST patches on the BES server, the exchange server and updated the handhelds. Time is correct on everything and emails seem to be time stamped OK. However when I make an appt on the bberry, it shows up 1 hour ahead on the exchange server (I make the appt for noon, it shows up on my exchange calendar at 1:00). However if I make the appt through exchange it shows up ok on the bberry.

ANY ideas at all? Im at wits end :)
thanks!

The problem you are having is the cdo.dll file on your BES is older than the cdo.dll file on your Exchange Server. The cdo.dll file on your BES MUST BE equal to or greater than the version on your Exchange.

To fix this, simply rename cdo.dll on your BES to cdo_old.dll and copy the cdo.dll file from your Exchange Server over to your BES.

Then on your BES go to Start --> Run --> regsvr32 "<location of cdo.dll on BES>" (must include the quotation marks) --> restart BlackBerry dispatcher services and you should be all set. (*NOTE: If you're running BES 3.6 the instructions differ slightly).

I updated my cdo.dll file on the BES server, and now the BES is no longer synching with the devices? Are there any other steps necessary?

Never mind. I rebooted the handheld and everything works great! Thanks!

You're talking about the cdo.dll in exchsrvr\bin correct? If so, I checked and my BES Server and Exchange server had the same version, that is:

6.5.7651.61

Is there another location that I should be updating?
