Cases for an 8703e W/Seidio Ext Battery?

I'd like to get a decent case (leather or synthetic) to protect my 8703e. I have the Seidio extended battery (great buy I might add).

Anyone have experience with what cases are compatible with this setup? I'm looking at the Fortte and Monaco brands.
