Is there a way to disable all the calendar reminders without having to change them manually? I have a user who wants to be only reminded on his Outlook calendar, but doesn't want to deal with all the dismissing on his BB.

No, there is not a universal way to unset reminders you have already set. Now that could be different for BES, but I don't know.

You can't set them separately on the BB -- BES or no BES.
