So all of my newly installed applications are going to my desktop instead of the apps folder. Is there a way to move them?? I don't want to hide solitaire, but don't exactly want to have it on my desktop either. Also I would rather put several other things there too. I know I can change themes that put EVERYTHING in the aoos folder, but I don't want to do that either. Thanxs!

The 8300 series is supposed to have the option of making new folders and moving app icons in and out of those folders off the desktop. I'm not sure if this "upgrade" in the OS will be available for the 8800. I hope so. As far as I know and tried (starting with the 8700), you can't move apps in and out of folders with the current OS.

H3llfire is correct. I'm sure, when 4.2.2.XX is out for the 8800, it will include the same functionality. However, at this point, there is no way to do that.
