7100 died with nothing now on screen and just a flashing red light every so often, cannot open port on javaloader and also when try installing operating system with desktop manager it stalls with error.
Take out the battery and press the power button for 15 sec. Pop the battery back in. If the OS doesn't load up right, it can take a long time, then drain the battery. Recharge it via USB cable, if the OS starts up, wipe it clean with JL_CMDR and reinstall the OS.
Its happened to me so have lots of patience. May need several tries to get the OS up
