Default Date skip in Ecell spreadsheet

Has anyone else notice a date skip when you enter a date in an Ecell column. When a date is entered I.e. 3-15-07, the actual amount that goes into the column is 3-16-07. I have tried it on several different spread sheets an reveived the same results. Does anyone know how to solve this? I have the DST patch installed.
