i just recently purchased this bb for my gf. got it used from ebay and its got password protection on it. how do i get rid of the prompt to ask for the password? also, where can i find the short cuts for this p[hone? tia

It has an IT Policy on it.
You need to remove the IT Policy.

^cool..thanks. i guess the bb must have been BES before.
Is there a quicker way to hang up a call then besides just holding down the escape button?

^lol.//...im better off holding down the esc button then to click into the trackball, and then select the correct option to hang up a call.
